ABOUT DR. VICE LUJAN, CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Vice earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition at Bastyr University. While studying at Bastyr, Dr. Vice knew that he wanted to become a physician. What he also knew was that he did not want to spend his days writing prescriptions. While researching health care careers, he came across the chiropractic profession.
While studying at Bastyr, Dr. Vice visited and shadowed chiropractors in the Seattle, WA area. He witnessed the power of chiropractic firsthand and was able to receive his first adjustment. Afterward, he went home and felt incredibly relaxed and noticed how much more range of motion he had in his neck and back. He knew chiropractic care was the direction he wanted to take his career in.
From then on, Dr. Vice was on a mission. He especially loved how chiropractic relied on the body's own ability to heal itself without the use of drugs or surgery. Growing up, he did not like taking medications for anything, so, becoming a chiropractor was a natural fit for him.
Dr. Vice earned his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. He has ten years of experience and has practiced in New York, South Carolina, and California. Taking care of patients as young as hours old to patients that are "seasoned," active, and in their 90's comes naturally to him. Dr. Vice is board certified in chiropractic and in physiological therapeutics. He has extensive experience caring for runners, powerlifters, triathletes and those who are weekend warriors because he specializes in extremity adjusting. He enjoys caring for athletes of all ages, educators, and members of the service community including nurses, dental hygienists, hair stylists, military personnel, waiters/waitresses, police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians.
